In 1961, a group of Huntington residents came together with the goal of helping those in need in our great town.  Their mission was to raise funds within the community to assist the local charities which make our community stronger.

As the Townwide Fund approaches its 50th Anniversary, we are proud to say we have raised more than $9 million and continue to infuse local organizations with the support they need to provide health and human services to the residents of the Town of Huntington.

Currently, 20 charitable agencies around the Town are partnered with The Townwide Fund of Huntington to further build our wonderful community

As a non-governmental agency, The Townwide Fund of Huntington bridges the gap between dwindling governmental support for local charities and the increasing needs of community residents.

The Townwide Fund Board is made up of passionate volunteers from all parts of the Town.  Their enthusiasm, along with the help from our neighbors, has kept the Townwide Fund an integral part in keeping our Huntington community strong and vibrant.
