Executive Director Mary Timmons is visiting many of our member agencies. This week she was visiting with Family Service League’s Noreen Fremed, Coordinator of Communications and Operations. FSL kindly allows TWF to have our coin boxes in their lobby – we appreciate their support as we work to reach the top of the TWF Thermometers!
Coming off of an extremely successful Golf Outing, raising over $25,000 for our charities, we are excited to announce our NEW 2010 campaign, "The Summer of the Fund." This Summer we are thrilled to keep the momentum going for our newest fundraising programs. These new fundraising methods make it easier than ever to show your support for the Townwide Fund.
Our "Coin Box Program" has hit the ground running. Keep an eye out for our 250 coin boxes at cooperating retailers throughout the township.
Further support the Townwide Fund by purchasing a "Townwide Fund Flame" for $1. The "TWF Flame" is the easiest way to support your community while you are at the pharmacy, café, restaurant, and even at our supporting bars and taverns.
"Payroll Deductions" are the best way to show your support and keep track of your tax-deductible donations. Even just a few cents out of your weekly or bi-weekly pay check can go a long way for those in need.
"Planned Giving" is utilized as part of Estate Plans and family wills. It’s a very good way to give back to the community that has given you and your family so much.
